The members provided the online ordering service photocopies of magazine articles from all Greek Academic Libraries in collaboration with the National Research Foundation (cost 2,46 € per article), as well as Foreign Libraries (cost of 8.78 € per article).
The National University of Athens supports centrally the Service Order Articles from journals and conference proceedings, to meet the educational and research needs of the academic community members. Central service managed by the Libraries Computer Center, while initially involve sixteen libraries of Athens. The Athens University is working to Order Articles by the National Documentation Centre. With regard to orders of the interior, made through the Union Catalogue of Serials EDETV, while outside the ECB works with libraries abroad, such as the British Library Document Supply Center (BLDSC) and SUBITO (German Libraries).
Order right articles are all members of the academic community of the University of Athens (Faculty members, undergraduate and graduate students, PhD students and other staff), while in some libraries served and external users. Before visiting the library to order the desired article, you should have checked whether the article is available at the University of Athens, following the Help Search Articles & Order. Then, for your convenience, you can fill out the Order Form Article and within three days to visit the appropriate library to confirm your order. It should be emphasized that the delivery of the article is in print from the Library of Athens which has been the custom. Depending on the cost of the order, perhaps, require the deposit of a sum.
The delivery time for Domestic orders through UC Journals (MS) of the ECB, depend on the library sending the article, as well as the sending method (mail, e-mail, fax).
